Dates of the tournament
This tournament will take place in Binissalem from 30th September to 7th October 2007, both inclusive.

Schedule of the games
The rounds will begin daily at 20:40, except the two last days, when there will be double round. The last round will take place on Sunday the 7th October at 15:00.

• Round 1: Sunday 30th September at 20:40
• Round 2: Monday 1st October at 20:40
• Round 3: Tuesday 2nd October at 20:40
• Round 4: Wednesday 3rd October at 20:40
• Round 5: Thursday 4th October at 20:40
• Round 6: Friday 5th October at 20:40
• Round 7: Saturday 6th October at 10:00
• Round 8: Saturday 6th October at 20:40
• Round 9: Sunday 7th October at 15:00

Rythm of the game
The rythm will be 90 minutes with an increase of 30 seconds per move (olympic system).

System of Byes
It will be possible to solicit a maximum of 2 byes during the tournament, once the round is finished, and before the raffle for the next round takes place. Players cannot ask for Bye in the last two rounds.

The deadline is 27th September 2007.

In case of enroling alter this date, you will not be included in the pairments regarding the first round, with the possibility to begin from the second one.

Registrations of chess players alter the third round will be rejected.

In order to formalize the enrolements, it will be necessary to make its payment effective, at the end of the firts round the latest; those players who do not follow this procedure will loose the oportunity to play the second round.

Organization
The organizer of the tournament is the Binissalem Chess Club, with the following members responsable of the present edition: Jose Miguel Villalonga, Antoni Moyà, Juan Carlos Dominguez and Sebastià Nadal.
Sebastià Nadal is in charge of the direction.
